**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Nextep HR ROUEN. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, organization, and supervision of our after-sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of service quality and response times
- Manage and lead a team of 8 refrigeration technicians and one assistant
- Maintain profit margins for the aftersales department
- Plan and organize activities (schedules, oncall duties, leave management, spare parts inventory)
- Serve as a technical reference for the service technicians
- Advise clients on technical and economical choices related to equipment repairs or replacements
- Provide service quotes within established guidelines
- Create maintenance contracts for clients and ensure fulfillment of commitments
- Generate aftersales service reports
- Handle warranty part returns to suppliers and monitor refunds
**Requirements**
- Ideal candidate holds a degree in refrigeration (minimum of Bachelor's degree), with managerial experience in a similar role
- Experienced in industrial/commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, with skills in electrotechnics, maintenance, and system regulation
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and technical curiosity
- Effective managerial and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and excellent interpersonal skills
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Monthly gross salary between 3000 and 3500EUR based on experience
