Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet EH&S standards
- Develop and implement manufacturing optimization and process control tools
- Advise and assist process support and plant teams with improvement projects
- Conduct troubleshooting activities and provide input on MES and other systems
- Perform automation assessments and propose improvement roadmaps
- Provide training and coaching on automation and control systems
- Act as a subject matter expert in automation and control systems
- Lead and coordinate investigations and studies
- Qualification in an engineering or science subject
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an automation engineer
- Excellent knowledge of automation and control systems
- Understanding of process engineering and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
