We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Flowline Engineering Team Lead to join our team at MPH. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the flowline engineering activities for our deepwater projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the flowline engineering team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of flowline engineering activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to flowlines, including design specifications, technical reports, and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with other teams, including procurement, fabrication, construction, and installation teams, to ensure seamless execution of flowline engineering activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company policies, including DNV and TotalEnergies General Specifications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve flowline engineering processes and reduce costs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Participate in project reviews and provide input on flowline engineering activities.
- Master's degree in engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as mechanical or petroleum engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience in detailed engineering and execution phases related to rigid flowlines, spools, and jumpers in deepwater projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and company policies, including DNV and TotalEnergies General Specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
