As a **Civil Engineering Specialist** focused on **VRD studies**, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Executing **technical analyses** for initiatives related to roadways, utility networks, and urban planning utilizing **Mensura software**.
- Overseeing projects by organizing, coordinating, and directing all stages from initial design to final execution.
- Identifying and resolving **technical challenges** that may emerge throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engaging collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, including architects, urban designers, project stakeholders, and construction firms.
- Supervising construction sites to guarantee adherence to established standards and quality benchmarks.
- Drafting **technical documentation**, consultation reports for firms, and summaries of meetings.
Qualifications for this position include:
- **Education**: Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 10 years in VRD studies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Expertise in Mensura software and a solid understanding of prevailing standards and regulations.
