We are currently seeking a Social Educator for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage accommodations for young residents in a communal living environment
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of the youth, guiding them through various educational processes
  • Facilitate discussions and tailor pathways for social and professional integration
  • Organize group workshops on a variety of subjects
  • Collaborate with social services and partners, preparing necessary reports and evaluations
  • Participate in both internal and external meetings relevant to the position

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified in social, educational, or recreational fields
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities
  • Empathetic with a balanced approach to authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
