Swim Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for leading swim lessons and aquatic programs for our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

• Lead swim lessons and aquatic programs for members of all ages and skill levels
• Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
• Work effectively with a diverse population of people, including children and adults with varying abilities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members

• Experience as an exercise instructor and/or swim lesson instructor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead classes in a way that inspires member retention and engagement
