About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Risk Analyst to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, and aggregating the Group's risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Group referent for the Solvency 2 process
  • Identify and understand the needs, priorities, and strategies of AXA entities and the Group regarding capital requirements for the P&C business
  • Support AXA entities in defining capital optimization strategies
  • Challenge capital requirement calculations, support modeling improvement, and ensure process and validation is performed effectively
  • Develop and implement actuarial methodologies, define risks methodologies, and ensure the validation of local assumptions
  • Evaluate and lead analysis projects from start to finish, using internal resources or working with external suppliers
Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including R, and experience with Remetrica is a plus
  • Strong project management and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Masters degree in actuarial science, mathematics/statistics, or engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of successful experience in P&C, risk management, or actuarial consulting
