About the Role: Customization Solutions Engineer
As a Customization Solutions Engineer within our Customer Service Center (CSC), your mission is to deliver complete solutions related to parking. This includes embedded software, user interfaces, and service openings on production platforms operating in SaaS mode.
You will work with our clients (municipalities, private operators, or distributors) primarily in France, and be responsible for configurations deployed in production. Your role involves complex customizations or implementations of new solutions in collaboration with R&D and typically with a project manager. This includes creating parking features from the product roadmap: e.g., Hub, EV, synchronization with third parties, tools.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client specifications, formalize input data, and validate with the client before deploying the solution.
- Configure options in line with the order, technical choices, and third-party constraints.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations for the relevant country.
- Monitor delivery timelines and communicate any risks of delays.
- Quality control of configurations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate actions with third parties, both internal and external.
- Provide technical and methodological support to the team.
- Track and justify configuration choices for operational maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (minimum Bachelor's degree).
- Technical Knowledge in terminal settings and back-office systems, server programming.
- Proficiency in English, a second language is a plus.
- Ability to implement, maintain, and share processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, analysis, and synthesis skills.
- Team player, proactive, flexible, and a leader.
