Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Product Manager expérimenté pour renforcer notre équipe Data Science dans un contexte de croissance rapide des projets AI au sein de l'organisation.
MissionEn tant que Data Product Manager, vous serez le référent d'un ou plusieurs domaines "métier" (supply chain, pricing, offre, marketing,...) et vous interviendrez principalement en amont des projets Data Science sur ces domaines.
Responsabilités- Identifier, au travers de cet accompagnement, des opportunités de projets data science
- Cadrer les projets IA
- Data Discovery: identification des données clés, accessibilité, exploitabilité, en partenariat avec un Data Scientist et Business Analyst
- Technical Discovery: identification des systèmes cibles pour l'exposition, validation des modes d'intégration, en partenariat avec un Data Scientist et Business Analyst
- Accompagner les projets IA
- Coordonner les parties prenantes (assurer le lien métier, data, DSI, etc)
- Préparer les phases de pilote et de déploiement, en partenariat avec un Data Scientist et Business Analyst
- Garantir le succès des projets par la mise en avant des indicateurs de performance et la mesure du ROI
- Bac+5 avec une formation business/commerce et idéalement un complément de formation en statistiques/machine learning (master spécialisé, double diplôme)
- At least 4 années d'expérience en Product Management sur des produits orientés data ou conduite de projets Data Science dans des environnements complexes (multiples parties prenantes, systèmes IT complexes, etc.)
- Maitrise de SQL pour la manipulation de données
- Capacité à comprendre et synthétiser des besoins métiers en opportunités data science
- Langues parlées: français (courant), anglais (professionnel)
- Une importante dimension R&D, avec notamment un thésard dans l'équipe travaillant sur la causalité
- Dès le départ, de fortes responsabilités et des perspectives d'apprentissages et d'évolutions importantes, induites par la taille et la complexité du groupe, ainsi que le large éventail des problématiques à adresser
- Du télétravail possible à hauteur de 3 jours par semaine
