Position Summary:
  • Domino Missions Grenoble is on the lookout for an electronics industrialization technician to join our client's team. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Assessing electronic systems to guarantee their functionality and reliability.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of testing methodologies (benches, procedures) while adhering to established quality and safety standards.
  • Offering technical assistance to both internal (Production) and external (subcontractors) clients regarding electronic products. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, advising on manufacturing practices, and aiding in the operation of equipment and tools.
  • Engaging in or leading the validation of electronic components in scenarios of scarcity, obsolescence, or technological advancements.
  • Drafting or assisting in the formulation of testing plans for new products or revisions of existing plans.
  • Creating verification or defect analysis documentation.
  • Suggesting enhancements in quality and profitability by identifying trends, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participating in the training of production operators (both internal and external) on manufacturing protocols, testing, and adjustments across all product lines.
  • Educating and supporting production and after-sales technicians by sharing best practices and assisting them in resolving technical challenges encountered on the production line, both theoretically and practically.
Candidate Profile:
  • A background in electronics at the Bac+2 level is preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Key competencies include proficiency in analog and digital electronics, the ability to write and execute verification procedures, process optimization, and adaptability to change.
  • Desirable skills include familiarity with programming languages such as C and Python.
  • Expected attributes encompass a proactive mindset, teaching abilities, and flexibility in adapting to new products.
