About the Role
Are you a seasoned expert in HCM reporting and analytics looking for a challenging role that will allow you to leverage your knowledge and skills to make a real impact?
The Advisory Services team at Workday France is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM reporting and analytics specialist to join our team of experts. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice and guidance on how to achieve their goals using Workday HCM.
As a trusted Workday HCM authority, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including optimization packages, ask-an-expert requests, webinars, and collaboration crews. You will also have the opportunity to deliver Workday Success Plans services and other professional services, such as reporting and analytics projects, coaching services, and customer design workshops.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets. You will also have demonstrable experience in professional services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software in the Cloud.
Basic Qualifications (Must Haves)
- 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics
Other Qualifications
- Ability to work multi-functional as a "virtual" team leader and possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences
- Capable of influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior management and technical resources both internally and externally
- Ability to perform effective product demonstrations as part of any enablement program
- Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
- Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
- Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Workday HCM, Workday Reporting
- Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released
- Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
- Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand sophisticated, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
