We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer to join our team at AMEG GROUP, a leading engineering firm with a strong presence in the electronics sector. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and developing cutting-edge electronic components for various industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer requests for new designs and concepts, leveraging your expertise in mechatronics and electronics to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct mechanical development in SolidEdge for metal, plastic, ceramic substrates, and resistive pastes, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, driving the development of technically superior solutions for electronic and power electronics.
- Conduct thorough product tests (functional, power, thermal, mechanical robustness) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and lead projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Coordinate interactions with our factory in the Czech Republic, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in R&D, with a strong background in mechatronics and electronics.
- Proficiency in SolidEdge and experience in mechatronic development.
- Prior experience in the electronics sector, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Familiarity with AECQ-200 standards is a plus.
