About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Porte de Montreuil store in Paris. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
