Position OverviewAs a pivotal figure in the transformation initiative at Pernod Ricard, the Sourcing and Procurement Technical Lead will be instrumental in shaping our future ERP framework, ensuring the seamless integration of all transactional workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Leadership
In this role, you will serve as a technology expert for functional teams, facilitating knowledge transfer on Sourcing to Procurement (S2P) matters. You will guide technical teams in adopting best practices for the SAP ERP implementation, ensuring that the technical design aligns with architectural standards.
Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms & Workflows (RICEFW)
Throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases, you will create an environment for your technology team to identify and document essential components for system configuration, ensuring timely, quality, and budget-compliant implementation.
Program Management
You will organize, support, monitor, and report on necessary activities to ensure successful project delivery. Your role will involve coordinating collaboration among various delivery teams, assessing risks, and defining action plans to mitigate them. You will be a key partner for program leadership across global, functional, and technological domains.
Team Management
You will oversee both Functional and Technical team members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes skill development and effective teamwork. You will establish and maintain connections with other teams to enhance overall project success.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in engineering or business.
- Over 10 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, particularly in procurement processes.
- Proven experience in large-scale implementation and delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of SAP systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
