As a Product Owner CRM Junior at Meetic, you will play a key role in shaping the company's CRM strategy and ensuring its effective implementation. You will work closely with the Engineering Manager and Product Designer to translate business objectives into tangible projects, ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the product backlog and translate functional evolution needs into detailed product specifications and user stories with your team.
- Monitor projects and AB tests performances, communicate results and insights to stakeholders, and proactively offer improvements and solutions.
- Coordinate development efforts with other departments in the company (marketing, copywriting, analytics, etc.) to ensure project success.
- Support technical migration efforts into our new CRM tool.
- Data driven mindset and analytical skills.

Hiring ProcessThe hiring process will consist of a first conversation on Zoom with Maxime, Talent acquisition manager, followed by a meeting with Angélique, CRM Product Manager, and Maxime, Talent acquisition manager, and an interview with Joelle, Product Growth & Revenue Director, and Belinda, People Manager.
Practical InformationThe contract start date is flexible, and the location is 53 Rue de Châteaudun, Paris 75009. The work-from-home policy is hybrid, with 2-3 days at the office per week required. Meetic is an employer that respects equal opportunities and diversity.
