Job Description:

  • Organize construction sites (evaluate technical documentation, review plans, manage subcontractor timelines, and oversee material supplies)
  • Supervise and coordinate construction processes (direct site supervisors, ensure adherence to schedules and budgets, and enforce safety protocols)
  • Lead teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Manage client interactions and site transitions (maintain communication with clients, architects, and engineering teams, plan and oversee site transition activities, and offer post-transition assistance)

Profile:
We are seeking candidates with a degree in Construction and Civil Engineering, along with substantial experience in project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong team leadership skills, a solid grasp of construction methodologies, and exceptional communication abilities. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, driven, and highly organized.
