Main Responsibilities
- Oversee quality assurance and customer relations at the ATOLL laundry facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Address internal customer inquiries related to the installation.
- Manage external customer requests from various sites.
- Monitor and resolve complaints while implementing corrective action plans.
- Conduct, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction surveys.
- Develop action plans based on survey findings.
- Facilitate training sessions for laundry representatives.
- Supervise linen supply requests.
- Ensure quality oversight of linen suppliers, focusing on technical compliance and inventory management.
Candidate Profile
- Open to entry-level candidates.
- Permanent position at a managerial level.
- Educational qualifications ranging from BAC +2 to BAC +5.
- Proficient in computer skills and written communication.
- Desired attributes: Attention to detail, Initiative, Independence, Ability to prioritize, Strong interpersonal skills, Team-oriented, Customer-focused mindset.
