As a Procurement Manager F/H at Adragos Pharma GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global Supply Chain concept across all sites. This includes establishing digital Supply Chain and Customer Experiences, as well as supporting M&A activities and post-merger integration.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring Supply Chain transparency across sites, leading Strategic Procurement for selected materials, and supporting sites in procurement topics and negotiations with suppliers. You will also establish digital Supply Chain and digital Customer Experiences together with IT, and support M&A in terms of SCM set-up and MSA agreements and Post Merger Integration. Additionally, you will provide group-wide guidance and alignment of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) together with the manufacturing sites.

To be successful in this role, you will need a long-term track record in SCM, with some years in Pharma or Consumer Goods. You will also need successful management & delivery of SCM projects (S&OP, KPIs, Procurement), development of SCM structures in companies, and MSA negotiations skills. Supply Planner experience is advantageous, as is very good communication skills, good analytical skills, and good legal understanding of supply contracts. You will also need the ability to self-organize and to get things done independently.
