About the Role

Aidaphi is seeking a highly skilled Medical Doctor to join our team as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents with mental health disorders
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care
  • Prescribe and manage medications, as well as provide psychotherapy and other interventions
  • Participate in case conferences and other meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in psychiatry
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
