Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Pipeline Construction Site Manager to lead our teams on national projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of installations, ensuring timely completion, and optimizing resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of up to 10 team members on-site
- Ensure the quality of installations and adherence to project deadlines
- Optimize the management of materials and human resources
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with current regulations
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with proven experience as a site manager in industrial pipeline construction, capable of managing teams and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. A degree in Public Works or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a rigorous approach to work.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position will be between €36,000 and €40,000 per year, paid over 13 months, with numerous benefits, including a prime d'intéressement and participation, PEE, and a company vehicle. This is a permanent contract with immediate start.
