AXA Investment Managers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our real estate investment team, you will be responsible for the management and value creation of a large office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement asset strategies in line with investors' requirements, including rental reversion, selective sales, and portfolio growth through new acquisitions.
- Implement ESG strategies to optimize decarbonation of each asset, ensuring compliance with internal rules.
- Prepare annual business plans, including action plans and financial models, and obtain approval from investors or the Investment Committee.
- Prepare investment memorandums for acquisitions through forward sales and submit them to the Investment Committee.
- Monitor asset budgets, revenues, opex, and capex, and work closely with property managers and asset operators.
- Manage property managers and external servicers, supervise tenancy issues, and negotiate leases and renewals.
- Collect and analyze data on assets, ensuring legal conformity and liquidity.
- Propose product evolutions or asset repositioning, and manage refurbishment or development programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, represent the investor in co-ownership, and prepare and manage disposals.
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record in asset and investment management.
- Specific expertise in office properties in Paris and the Greater Paris region.
- Good knowledge of the French office market and its players.
- Strong financial skills, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
