Job DescriptionWe're seeking a hard-working and proactive Legal Intern to join our team. This 6-month internship offers a chance to be exposed to a fast-growing and exciting culture, giving you the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.
Responsibilities- Individual Relations:
- Advise and support the Human Resources Team on employment law matters in various jurisdictions.
- Support the Legal team in pre-litigation and employment litigation matters.
- Perform analysis of the legal feasibility of company projects.
- Help the team prepare meetings with staff representatives, including invitations, agendas, and review of minutes.
- Draft collective agreements and participate in negotiations.
- Assist with drafting required documents under French law.
- Provide legal research and update monitoring.
- Ensure legal surveillance in employment law, including analysis of legal, conventional, and jurisprudential updates.
We're looking for a Master 2 graduate or someone recently admitted to a French bar with a Master's degree in Labor and Employment. You should have excellent written and spoken French and English skills, with a third language being a plus.
You'll be a good writer, solution-oriented, able to analyze and summarize, and curious and creative. In a fast-paced environment, you'll need to be organized, adaptable, and flexible.
