About the Role
The Groupe Crédit Agricole is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Relationship Assistant to join our team in the Haute-Vienne region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accommodate and inform clients and prospects, identify their needs, and direct them to competent interlocutors while ensuring the quality of customer service.
- Manage current banking, parabanking, and financial operations (cash, check deposit, merchant cash boxes, transfers, etc.) and ensure the management of automated teller machines, if applicable.
- Accompany clients in a multi-channel approach.
- Use commercial exploitation tools to prepare commercial actions, schedule appointments.
- Promote and sell banking, parabanking, and financial services to Grand Public clients, ensure follow-up.
- Contribute to the promotion of different distribution channels and update the information system.
- Ensure client risk follow-up and control.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3).
- Have experience in selling goods and services (banking, insurance, etc.).
- Possess the following qualities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Commercial skills.
