Unlock Sales Productivity and Drive Business Growth

We are a leading digital classified player, founded by Axel Springer in 2018, operating in Germany, France, Belgium, and Israel. Our Sales Strategy & Analytics team is responsible for monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

This role will join our existing team of business analysts, covering three geographies, and focus on:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales metrics to provide actionable insights to management
  • Evaluate sales activities to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Enhance sales performance reporting through data-driven decision-making

As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will work closely with the Sales management team, leveraging your analytical skills to support business growth. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Sales Processes & Effectiveness team to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and oral); proficiency in French is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced functions and formulas
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging slides
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
