Your Opportunity: We are in search of a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer, in a full-time permanent role at our Bourg-en-Bresse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all customer inquiries utilizing SalesForce.
- Handle invoicing and manage various accounts receivable.
- Administer pricing adjustments: update product codes and inform clients of upcoming changes.
- Process tour returns: enter, manage, and relay information to the appropriate departments.
- Address non-conformities: document in Axapta, escalate to relevant teams or customer service, ensure follow-up, and respond to client queries.
- Maintain database integrity: ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
- Utilize provided tools efficiently (Salesforce, mydeviseur, customer portals, ERP).
- Manage incoming calls and assess response times.
- Track daily progress on customer inquiries, keep clients informed, and oversee receivables.
- Educate clients on utilizing the customer portal.
- Prepare essential information for client meetings, including pre-analysis of identified issues.
- Conduct client account follow-ups: proactive calls, financial, commercial, and quality assessments, billing verification, and optimizations.
- Process customer requests, relay to relevant departments, and independently address inquiries.
- Identify potential clients, assess client needs, and propose additional services.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, proactive, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, innovative, and an effective communicator.
- Background in sales, customer relations, or sales administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable with various software applications.
