We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Java Developer Lead to join our team at Michael Page. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and deliver technical roadmaps and product visions.
- Contribute to technology research and development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field.
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Manage the staffing and resource allocation for the team, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to meet business objectives.
- Ensure the quality of software development and alignment with architectural recommendations.
- Act as a technical lead for one of the two teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in Java 17, Angular 13, and Ionic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
