Job Opportunity:

Wall Residences is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional to work in the Reston, VA area. This position will involve working with 1-2 individuals in Leesburg, Sterling, and Alexandria City, VA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible schedule, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
• Encouraging independence and participation in community activities
• Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain a valid driver's license
