Job Title: Supply Chain Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Development Manager to join our team at newcleo. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain procurement category management, supplier qualification, sourcing, and key supplier management.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Development Manager will be responsible for the global supply chain development across our different projects. This includes managing industrial strategies, package plans against project needs, and identifying and qualifying suppliers for the delivery of reactors and fuel factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 10 people performing category management, supplier qualification, sourcing, and key supplier management activities.
  • Be accountable for consolidating project needs and workload by procurement category, consolidating supply chain capacity, and deploying procurement strategies.
  • Qualify suppliers in compliance with nuclear and local regulations, identify strategic suppliers, and structure relationship management.
  • Manage supply chain crises and risks events, such as supplier failure, sanctions, plant loss, or supplier ownership change.
Requirements
  • Experienced buyer with strong nuclear technical skills.
  • Very good knowledge of supply chain processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and contracting.
  • Customer-oriented with experience in lean management, strategic thinking, and global thinking.
  • Management experience with leadership skills and ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies, with excellent organizational, independent working, and problem-solving skills.
