About the Role

FIRALP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsable d'Affaires to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and clients, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of project coordinators and engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to grow the business.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proven track record of business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
