Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Project Manager to join our EMEA IT Team. As a member of this team, you will work closely with the Solution Management team as a project manager, responsible for planning, supporting, and delivering IT projects, as well as collaborating to bring support for existing business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project specifications, steps, and deliverables in relation to operational actors, the IT team, and stakeholders.
- Link stakeholders, particularly internal and external, to ensure efficient project operation and maintain good relations within the project team.
- Support key users of IT solutions on their evolution requests, including follow-up and testing.
- Ensure the backup of other Business Project leaders and provide level 2 IT solution support to the EMEA IT Service Desk.
- Regular travel to EMEA areas and other SAKATA regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading complex and innovative projects, as well as expertise in business process reengineering to identify and implement improvements in existing processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT project manager, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex and large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in business process reengineering, including process mapping, analysis, design, and optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Prince 2 (a plus).
- ERP Business Central Knowledge (a plus).
- Microsoft Power Platform Knowledge (a plus).
