We are seeking a skilled Opérateur (trice) en Télésurveillance H/F to join our team in Lognes (77), a modern and high-tech facility.

Job Details

• Full-time contract
• Salary: 2028.56 €/mois brut + primes de nuit + primes conventionnelles
• Vacations: 12 hours of night shift: 19h to 07h

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to client calls related to alarms, treat information, and manage alarm incidents.
• Coordinate with our intervention teams and record information on our dedicated software.
• Optimize our services by regulating the activity of our intervention teams.
• Provide follow-up to clients after interventions.

Requirements

• Holder of the Carte professionnelle: Agent de Télésurveillance
• Excellent communication skills with clients
• Proficient in computer and telephone tools
• Rigorous in applying security protocols
