We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Security Consultant to join our team at N-iX. Our client is a leading food retail company with a strong commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure roles and authorizations in SAP systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a risk-free role concept, ensuring that all role modifications align with SODs and GRC rulesets.
- Respond to and mitigate audit findings related to security, ensuring the integrity of our systems.
- Analyze and resolve issues reported by monitoring tools, such as EWA and Security Bridge.
- Provide level 3 support for application authorizations in production.
- Participate in building Change Management and Life Cycle Management policies and procedures.
- Define standards and naming conventions for role design.
- Coach team members and provide technical support.
- Ensure high-quality roles implementation and deliverables.
- Conduct user management activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a SAP Senior Security Consultant, with expertise in role design and analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-leading skills.
- Ability to conduct research and recommend changes in a changing environment.
- Team player with stress-resistant, customer-oriented, autonomous, and flexible qualities.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep exposure to role design principles, with the ability to design task-based roles.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose technical solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of authorizations in ABAP-based systems, including S/4, F&R, Retail, BW, HR, Success Factors, SLT, CAR, SRM, and Gateway.
- Excellent knowledge of FIORI-related authorizations.
- Deep understanding of SODs, critical, and sensitive access principles.
- Experience in central user management and user management in general.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of HANA roles and authorizations design and management.
- Knowledge of user management activities in other platforms, such as HANA, PO, and Portal.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC, including rulesets, SODs, EAM, and more.
- Knowledge of authorizations in SAP process orchestration (SAP PO).
- Knowledge of authorizations concept and role design/build in newer applications, such as SAP BTP and SAP MDG.
