Position Overview:

  • Oversee and allocate customer communications (DCL), manage return requests (RS), address driver issues (ORE), and coordinate pick-up logistics (ODSE)
  • Resolve customer grievances (CEC)
  • Serve at the customer service counter
  • Monitor and produce various reports (Lignes, Apple, Free, RS)
  • Supervise evening exports, rectify discrepancies, prepare parcels and customs documentation

Additional Details:

  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00-11:45 / 14:30-18:45
  • Full-time role - 35 hours per week
  • Employment Type: Full-time permanent
