Job Description

We are seeking a Cash Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for executing our financial strategies and maintaining the integrity of cash operations across the company.

Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and monitoring effective cash collection processes and treasury activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders from Sales & Customer Success, FP&A, and Legal to drive financial strategies that cater to the needs of key clients.

Your Impact
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
  • Manage relationships with bank partners and financial advisors to ensure seamless cash operations
  • Monitor cash surplus and invest in financing alternatives to maximize returns
  • Propose and deploy strategies to optimize FX exposure and minimize currency risk
  • Optimize cash flow through effective cash collection processes and cash forecasting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in cash flow monitoring, cash collection, and/or treasury
  • Strong understanding of treasury concepts, cash/liquidity management, and payment management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English
