We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at L'Afeji Hauts-de-France- Filière enfance. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people and their families, providing guidance, and promoting positive outcomes.

• Develop and implement individualized support plans for young people and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide guidance and support to families, helping them to navigate complex systems and access resources and services.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare providers, educators, and social services, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.
• Conduct home visits and provide in-home support to families, helping them to build strong relationships and develop essential life skills.
• Organize and lead group activities and workshops, promoting social skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Hold a degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Have experience working with vulnerable young people and their families, preferably in a social care or youth work setting.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to travel to different locations, including home visits, and have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
