ASH Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Support Assistant to join our team at Groupement Hospitalier Nord-Dauphiné. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

• Collaborate with nurses to provide preventive, maintenance, relationship, and health education care to patients.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to promote patient independence and dignity.
• Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care and support.

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a nursing assistant or support worker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
