Titre du responsable hiérarchique : Responsable des Services d'Ingénierie. Titre du responsable fonctionnel (le cas échéant) : Responsable des Services d'Ingénierie. Responsabilités : Travailler de manière autonome sur les appels d'offres contractuels. Fournir un leadership autonome pour un projet de démarrage d'entreprise logistique multi-sites. Diriger et coordonner une équipe projet. Réaliser des études d'optimisation des chaînes logistiques quantitatives et qualitatives dans leur domaine d'expertise.

Champ d'activités Réaliser certaines ou toutes les activités suivantes : Coordonner les équipes dans le cadre des appels d'offres : Comprendre le besoin du client : analyse des spécifications, réunions et visites chez le client. Être responsable de la construction de la solution logistique pour répondre à un projet. Développer la stratégie commerciale avec les équipes de vente. Mobiliser et coordonner les différents participants de l'entreprise impliqués dans la réponse (vente, qualité, sécurité, ressources humaines, finance, systèmes d'information, juridique, etc.). Valider la dimension technique et financière. Participer à la présentation des offres aux clients et aux négociations associées. Être responsable du démarrage d'une nouvelle activité : Diriger l'équipe projet pour le démarrage du nouveau service. Gérer la mise en œuvre de la solution conçue. Assurer la définition, la commande et les tests des ressources à mettre en œuvre (RH, solutions de stockage, solutions de production, équipements logistiques, SI, etc.). Analyser et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés. Coordonner la mise en œuvre des procédures, des formations, des outils de reporting et du suivi de la performance (KPI). En soutien et à la demande des opérations : prendre en charge l'analyse et le cadrage d'un problème identifié, analyser les solutions et les plans d'action avec les équipes opérationnelles, suivre la mise en œuvre des actions. Réaliser une veille technologique sur les nouveaux processus et techniques logistiques. Optimisation : Réaliser des études relatives aux processus logistiques des sites clients et des sites du Groupe en vue d'optimiser le stockage, les flux et l'organisation. Mener des audits opérationnels sur la chaîne logistique. Soutenir la mise en œuvre de nouveaux systèmes logistiques. Réaliser des études d'investissement logistique (calcul du ROI, etc.). Gestion de projet et management fonctionnel. Les activités doivent être adaptées pour les employés en alternance (contrats de professionnalisation, contrats d'apprentissage, etc.) afin d'être en adéquation avec leur formation. Prendre en compte et traiter les alertes QSE signalées par le personnel. S'assurer que son équipe possède les compétences nécessaires pour occuper ses postes (formation QSE, qualifications, etc.) Soutenir l'élévation de la maturité QSE de son secteur. Plus de 7 ans
