Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal Manager

The Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal Manager will be responsible for ensuring the availability and well-working of the Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal and its core services. This includes leading the project, managing risks and opportunities, and understanding business needs and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of IT project leader experience on business domains such as customer services, 3 years of significant Scrum Master experience, and demonstrable experience in cloud-based solutions implementation. They will also have good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies, partners and external service providers management, negotiation with internal customers, and a strong focus on people, quality, planning, and customer satisfaction.

The Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, architecture, planning, and costing, and will be accountable for the execution phase with respect to related key performance indicators. They will also be responsible for managing the IT product lifecycle, including conception, design, industrialization, operation, and retirement, as well as ensuring that the known product vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner and shared and understood by the Scrum team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take over business demand and organize its fulfillment
  • Define project scope, architecture, planning, and costing, and be accountable for the execution phase with respect to related key performance indicators
  • Define and implement the right IT make or buy strategy
  • Drumbeat of IT internal and external stakeholders to reach projects on time, on quality, and on cost
  • Accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement, including management of dependencies
  • Leads the IT product MFT team in order to manage the IT product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational Service Level Agreement
  • Responsible for Continuous Release Management
  • Ensures that the known product vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner and shared and understood by the Scrum team

Your Profile:

  • 5 years of IT project leader experience on business domains such as customer services
  • 3 years of significant Scrum Master experience (PSM certificate would be highly appreciated)
  • Demonstrable experience in cloud-based solutions implementation (Liferay knowledge would be highly appreciated)
  • Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies
  • Partners and external service providers management
  • Negotiation with internal customers
  • Strong focus on people, quality, planning, and customer satisfaction
  • Appetite for teamwork, transparency, and facilitation
  • Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit, and customer orientation
  • Advanced level in English
