As a key member of the Financial Production Team, you will serve as a primary resource for all tasks associated with SAP reporting solutions:
- Coordinate the "Build" and "Run" phases of SAP reporting initiatives.
- Oversee the BW HANA ecosystem, addressing both infrastructure and application aspects: SAP HANA, SAP BW Analysis for Office.
- Act as a consultant for the Finance division.
- Contribute to the strategic evolution roadmap to align with Finance objectives and needs.
- Track and execute the roadmap and its deliverables.
- Provide insights for developing SAP Reporting budgets (OPEX and CAPEX).
- Manage the routine operations of SAP Reporting, ensuring high service quality while seeking optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate coordination to support projects, ongoing operations, business modifications, and innovative solutions.
- Assist with significant Group projects that affect SAP environments (e.g., IFRS17).
- Continuously strive to enhance SCOR finance processes (quick wins, innovations, improvements) to better serve Finance stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and version compatibility across the entire SAP Reporting landscape.
- Establish and maintain a trustworthy relationship with all involved stakeholders.
- Actively promote transformation initiatives within SCOR IT (e.g., DevOps, agility).
- Support relationships with SCOR stakeholders (IT, Finance, and Business).
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to deadlines, fostering this mindset within the HANA reporting team.
- Lead Enterprise Risk Management within the BW HANA environment.
- Assist with all audits in your domain and any potential certification projects that may arise in the future.
As a technico-functional leader of the HANA reporting team, you will contribute to reporting based on all SAP solutions:
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and executing the roadmap, ensuring delivery for Reporting on SAP in alignment with Finance business requirements and strategy.
- Manage routine operations, ensuring relevance and continuous delivery for Reporting on SAP, including evolutions and user support with a high standard of service.
- Support ongoing enhancement and development of the BW environment, adhering to a cohesive and fully integrated business/technology roadmap.
- Ensure meticulous Project Management, fostering a collaborative and trustworthy environment with all stakeholders in a demanding context.
Required Experience & Competencies
- 10+ years as a BW HANA technico-functional expert, with proven project leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
Required Education
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
