About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Amadeus Data Office (ADO) team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects and programs under the scope of the Amadeus Data Office North Star Project Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the ADO SAFe framework, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the overall data strategy.
  • Coordinate activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the overall data strategy.
  • Support the ADO Central Team activity tracking, including ADO fortnightly meetings, team backlog review, and KPIs on data governance.
  • Facilitate the creation of required governance bodies in the R&D Community and coordinate with the ADO.
  • Collaborate with the Creation Platform team to ensure data governance-related dependencies are properly addressed.
  • Coordinate with CPS teams on the delivery of the Amadeus Data Strategy, including Open Data Architecture adoption.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for data governance projects, ensuring deliverables meet specified requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Track project performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress against objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and coordinating transversal projects, collaborating effectively with all entities (Engineering Community and BUs).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Large network in the company (mainly R&D teams).
  • Technical knowledge and project delivery experience in data management and data governance domains (data lineage, metadata, MDM, data quality,...).
  • Certifications PMP & SAFe are a plus.
