Data Engineering Manager

At Jobacademy, we're seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to join our dedicated team of innovators. As a key member of our Analytics Engineering team, you'll lead a team of 6-7 engineers in managing data projects from extraction to publication, driving innovative tech solutions, and cultivating a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the AE Patient & Foundation team, directly overseeing 6-7 engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals.
- Collaborate with Data Product Managers to iterate on Data Products.
- Work with Data & Machine Learning Platforms to enhance performance, reliability, and stability.
- Cultivate a strong team culture aligned with engineering standards and customer focus.
- Participate in hands-on activities, including code reviews, grooming, and design reviews.

- Fluency in English and French.
