About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of construction materials, is seeking a Senior Diplomatic Representative to lead the development of their business in the region.

Reporting to the Regional Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of industrial development projects.
  • Ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Evaluate potential risks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Director.
• Commercial Development
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the local market.
  • Identify growth opportunities and prioritize market segments.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a local network.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, commercial development, or project management is required, along with at least 8 years of experience in commercial development and industrial operations, preferably in the materials or construction sector.

You should possess in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, as well as industrial production processes.

Established relationships with local economic actors in the Dunkerque region are essential.

You are recognized for your leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

You are autonomous and able to make strategic decisions.
