Production Operator (H/F)Role OverviewThe Production Operator is responsible for executing various stages of the manufacturing process while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out production processes in accordance with established Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygiene Standards, and Safety Protocols.
- Operate and monitor production machinery effectively.
- Follow and comprehend production documentation and operational procedures.
- Exhibit flexibility in task execution as required.
- Support the objectives of ISO 50001 and contribute to the Energy Management System implementation.
- Set up and prepare the workstation for production activities.
- Manage the supply of materials, including raw ingredients and packaging.
- Monitor production parameters and ensure optimal operation of equipment.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any operational issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform technical interventions within the scope of defined regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of production equipment and the surrounding area.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks, including disassembly and inspection of tools.
- Collect samples for Quality Control analysis.
- Complete production documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize computer tools to assist in procedural tasks and collaborate with team leaders.
- Communicate guidelines during shift changes effectively.
- Assist with additional production tasks across departments as needed.
- Possession of a general or technical high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food sectors is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and maintain self-control.
- Familiarity with automated systems is beneficial.
- Experience in an industrial production environment is preferred.
