Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project requests for completeness and clarity, working to identify and close gaps to ensure successful project execution.
  • Consult and collaborate with internal partners to understand needs and identify solutions to accomplish business objectives.
  • Assist in planning marketing campaigns with available technology and supporting marketing business processes.
  • Keep teammates and business partners aligned through clear, ongoing communication.
  • Uphold project management collaboration tool standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.
  • Must stay knowledgeable of the latest marketing trends and maintain proficiency with budget and time management.
  • Experience using workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA, or other system.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another email service provider preferred.
  • Experience working with a marketing communications team preferred.
