We are seeking a skilled Installation Worker (H/F) to join our team at our site in the IDF – Gennevilliers (92) region. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Crushing Team Leader and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Production and Maintenance:
- Ensure the production process runs smoothly by verifying the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Monitor the equipment's performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Quality Control:
- Verify the quality of the products being manufactured and report any deviations.
- Prevention and Safety:
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Report any safety concerns or near-misses to the relevant authorities.
- Environmental Responsibility:
- Comply with environmental regulations and best practices to minimize the site's ecological footprint.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a good understanding of mechanical principles and equipment operation. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
