In the context of the Valeo Service France division and as a member of the Retail & E-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in the marketing and commercial advancement of our product offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Operations Assistance in Partnership with Key Account Managers- Track essential performance metrics for clients in both e-commerce and retail sectors.
- Work alongside the marketing and KAM teams to execute strategies for new product introductions and enhance sales at customer locations.
- Improve our visibility on client platforms regarding content and promotional activities, collaborating with the Digital Communication team.
- Discover new business prospects.
- Examine databases to assess activity performance and revenue across clients and products.
- Assess operational impacts and return on investment (ROI) of various strategies implemented in the field, including evaluating the effects of online and offline advertising initiatives.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to gauge customer expectations.
- Evaluate market growth potential and project sales figures.
- Compile analysis findings into reports for internal stakeholders.
- Offer strategic recommendations to marketing and clients based on findings, including pricing strategies and sales approaches.
About You:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with intentions to pursue a Master's degree or equivalent in a learning environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Good command of the English language is essential.
- Self-sufficient and analytical with effective communication abilities.
