**Job Summary**
Adsearch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Dockmaster to join our team. As a key member of our client's maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' yachts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to, and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dock, including the management of personnel, equipment, and resources.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the yachting or maritime industry.
- Qualifications: A professional boat handling license and a strong understanding of the yachting or maritime industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
