About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Petrisseur Industriel (H/F) for one of our clients, a specialized manufacturer of industrial bread in the Beuvry area. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring production quality, quantity, and timeliness
• Operating and monitoring equipment under their charge
• Following instructions and procedures
• Regulating production lines, including preparation, start-up, and supply
• Conducting regular quality checks and interpreting production data
• Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and work areas
• Ensuring product conformity and reporting any non-conformities
