- Overseeing a varied client portfolio, which includes both small enterprises and large organizations.
- Delivering technical assistance leveraging your expertise and our proprietary tools.
- Choosing equipment that aligns with client requirements, whether for straightforward needs (repairs) or intricate projects.
- Crafting comprehensive technical proposals for our clientele.
- Ensuring thorough follow-up from quotation to delivery.
- Assisting clients throughout the entire process to guarantee their satisfaction.
- Suggesting supplementary products and fostering sales to fulfill client needs.
With a qualification in refrigeration (BTS FED option Froid or Licence), you should be energetic, adaptable, and focused on customer service. If you have a passion for technical products, we encourage you to consider joining our team.
