Job Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, who in turn reports to the Sales Director, you will be part of a team comprising 5 assistants and 5 sales representatives.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls, providing information and guidance on product offerings to clients
  • Overseeing email correspondence (advertisements, tenant files, etc.)
  • Coordinating property visits for sales representatives and managing their schedules
  • Handling tenant files: printing and verifying document completeness
  • Arranging property inspections
  • Following up with clients via email (pending inquiries, current tenants, etc.)
  • Organizing signing appointments
  • Performing various administrative tasks
